Individual shipping costs calculation:

If it is not possible to determine the shipping costs for your postcode area or country or due to the size of your order, please select "Freight charges on request" or, if applicable, "Collection by customer" as the shipping method during the ordering process:

- Shipping costs on request: Price ex works without packaging. Packaging and shipping costs and any other services (e.g. export documents) will be charged at cost.

- Collection by customer (in person or by an authorised third party): Price ex works without packaging. Packaging costs and any other services (e.g. export documents) will be charged at cost.

After completion of the order, we will send you our offer (our pro forma invoice) including all costs and all details for the advance payment as soon as possible.

Comments:

Dispatch on the day of the order is only possible if the goods are in stock and the order is received before 11 a.m. (CET/CEST) on working days (Mon - Fri). This applies also and in particular to express deliveries. Subject to prior sale and system errors.

We would also like to point out that the item weights displayed in our online shop are net weights which are not identical to the chargeable weights on which the shipping calculation is based.
